Job Summary:  Assists, investigates and secures employment for assigned individuals in the PACT Program.  Engages individuals and establishes trusting, collaborative relationships directed toward the goal of competitive employment in community settings.   Reports to PACT Program Team Leader

Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field required, Master’s preferred. Previous experience working with people with serious mental illnesses, experience providing employment services, and knowledge of the work world are preferred. Ability to work as an effective team member; requires flexibility regarding working conditions and assignments. Good oral and written communication skills necessary.  Employee must demonstrate ability to recognize consumers’ individual needs based on medical conditions, age (young adults, middle-aged and geriatric), limitations and planned procedures. Must have valid driver’s license in Mississippi and continued proof of auto insurance. This position has been determined to have an occasional or very low risk of occupational exposure to blood-borne pathogens.
