Hinds Behavioral Health Services Pharmacy

Our on-site pharmacy is focused on providing you with the best possible service. Our pharmacist will help:

Verify prescriptions

Call in prescriptions to your pharmacy of choice

Connect you with a Nurse Navigator who can guide you through various medication application processes including injectables

Assist with prior authorizations by working with your insurance carrier to help cover your medications

Dispense sample medications when available to those who qualify and do not have insurance

Genoa Healthcare, Full-Service Pharmacy & Medication Management

Genoa Healthcare offers a full-service pharmacy on-site at Hinds Behavioral Health Services as well as medication management services. Consumer Medication Coordinators are located on-site to help you with the medication distribution process including scheduling for your medications to be mailed directly to your home and packaging your prescriptions so that they are easier to take. Accu Reference Medical Lab

Hinds Behavioral Health Services makes your doctor visits convenient by hosting Accu Reference Medical Lab on-site. Accu Reference Medical Lab conducts non-invasive tests to help our healthcare providers diagnose, screen, and evaluate which medications and doses may work best for you.

Tests are:

Available during clinic hours, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Completed every visit to Hinds Behavioral Health Services to ensure that updated results are on file and that you receive the best treatment plan

Non-invasive, saliva specimen swabs or urine specimens (blood testing also available)

Kept confidential between you and your doctor but you may call and pick up your results before your next doctor appointment

Medical Records

Our Medical Records department is open Monday – Friday from 8 AM – 4:30 PM. In the event that you need a copy of your medical records please be advised that we require 24-72 hours to process your request.

Schedule of Fees For Copying Medical Records

$20 for pages 1 through 20
$1 per page for the next 80 pages
$0.50 per page for all pages thereafter

(10% of the total charge may be added for postage and handling; if applicable)
