Job Summary: The  Certified Community Behavioral Health Center in Hinds County Grants Analyst will assist the Project Director with tracking and monitoring quality assurance measures and programmatic/financial reporting.  The Grants Analyst will assist the evaluation team in collecting and analyzing all data required; track quality measures to ensure quality care for participants enrolled in the project.  Reports to CCBHC Program Coordinator.  This is a grant-funded position.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred.  A minimum of two years of experience is required.    Must be licensed or certified as a mental health professional.  Requires flexibility regarding working conditions and assignments; good oral and written communication skills.  Employee must possess the ability to read and implement QA measures and regulations to ensure compliance with grantor, agency, and federal requirements.  Must have a valid driver’s license in Mississippi and proof of auto insurance. This position has been determined to have an occasional or very low risk of occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
