Processes insurance claims. Assists in handling client insurance questions. Enters client payments. Performs as the backup to the billing clerk—reports to Business Office Manager.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with relevant experience in a business office. Must be proficient in operating a 10-Key calculator, computer terminals, and other business office equipment. This position has been determined to have no risk of occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
