Job Summary: Provides operational management of Adult Treatment Services. Assists in the development and implementation of the policies, practices and program plans of the service managed and the facility. Creates an environment conducive to high-quality consumer care. Focuses on the delivery and evaluation of care. Provides administrative and clinical supervision of the adult services program and staff. Reports to the Director of Adult Services.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in psychology, social work or a related field required, along with three years’ experience in a mental health services delivery setting and at least one year supervisory experience. Must be licensed as a mental health professional in Mississippi. Employee must demonstrate ability to recognize consumers’ individual needs based on medical conditions, age (infants, pediatrics, adolescents, young adults, middle-aged and geriatric), limitations and planned procedures. Requires good communication skills. This position has been determined to have an occasional or very low risk of occupational exposure to blood-borne pathogens.
