Job Summary: Seeking Direct Care Worker(s) for our Supervised Living House to assist clients with transportation needs, physical care and daily program activities, general housekeeping assignments and assist with meal planning and preparation, as well as grocery shopping. Works closely with all other clinical staff (Activity therapists, Social Workers, Nurses) to conduct various process and specialty groups within the program. Several Shifts available.

Qualifications:Job Qualifications: High school graduate and 2 years of experience in a psychiatric or inpatient, residential, group home setting, any institutional setting/facility determined to be acceptable by the agency or a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college. Employee must demonstrate ability to recognize patients’ individual needs based on medical conditions, age (infants, pediatrics, adolescents, young adults, middle-aged and geriatric), limitations and planned procedures. Good communication skills are necessary. This position has been determined to have an occasional or very low risk of occupational exposure to blood-borne pathogens.
