Job Summary: Hinds Behavioral Health Services seeks an accomplished Director of Clinical Services to provide high-level clinical leadership and strategic oversight across all behavioral health programs, including outpatient, PSR, crisis, and grant-funded services. This role requires a dynamic, visionary leader with extensive clinical expertise, advanced cross-cultural fluency, and operational acumen to inspire multidisciplinary teams, elevate program excellence, and enhance client outcomes. The Director of Clinical Services will oversee clinical programs, optimize operational systems, implement evidence-based practices, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and resilience. The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to navigate systemic and environmental barriers, mentor clinicians across generations, and strategically align clinical initiatives with organizational mission, vision, and structure, ensuring excellence in clinical outcomes, staff development, and program growth.

Qualifications: 

• Master’s degree in behavioral, Clinical Mental Health, Social Work, or related field. LCSW, LMFT, LPC/LPC-S, PhD/PsyD, with a clinical emphasis.
• Minimum of 5+ years of clinical experience and leadership experience. Valid Mississippi clinical license. 
• Familiarity with clinical research methodology, including proposal development for NIH, SAMHSA, or similar agencies.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, policy development, operational system design, and program evaluation.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor clinical leaders, implement innovative practices, and align clinical initiatives with organizational goals.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with integrity, professionalism, and executive presence.
