Job Summary: HBHS is seeking a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Human Resources department! Attention to Detail, Self-Motivated, Ability to Multitask, Prioritize, Team Oriented, and a Desire to Succeed!! THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION.
The HR Assistant will assist the HR Manager in the facilitation of the recruiting process, new hire on-boarding, and new hire orientation. Support Agency managers and staff with routine day-to-day HR questions, needs, and inquiries. Provide full administrative support including scanning, copying, filing, data entry, and other tasks as needed. Provides support in functional areas of the human resources department, which includes personnel records, certification and license tracking, employee relations, job evaluation, benefits administration, and training. Reports to the Human Resources Manager. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
