Are you a law enforcement officer seeking new skills to serve those living with mental illness in your community? Join the Hinds Behavioral Health Services’ CIT Academy for an upcoming 40-hour mental health training and become part of a nationally recognized CIT team.

Qualifications: Training will only be provided for full-time certified law enforcement officers with a minimum of one year of law enforcement experience.

Class size is limited to 12 officers. Priority will be given to officers who serve Hinds County, MS.
