Mental Health First Aid Training
Approximately one in five Americans experience a mental health or addiction disorder each year. Do you know what to do when someone near you has a panic attack? We offer youth and adult-focused Mental Health First Aid courses to teachers, law enforcement, medical professionals, church members, and the general public. Courses can be taught at our main office or at a location of your choosing.

Mental Health First Aid Courses Include:
Warning signs for mental health and addiction disorders
Strategies for how to help someone in crisis and non-crisis situations
- Panic attacks
- Nonsuicidal self-injury
- Reaction to a traumatic event
- Suicidal thoughts or behaviors
- Acute psychosis such as hallucinations or delusions
- Overdose or withdrawal from alcohol or drug use
